Traditionally, the Casbah was the walled quarter around north African cities. The word was made famous by none other than the Looney Tunes character, Pepe le Pew in 1954 with, “Come with me to ze Casbah.” Coming to be known as a sort of night club of Mediterranean origin, the Casbah is a gathering place for partiers who relish great food, song and dance. Our Evening at the Casbah will feature middle eastern ethnic dance compliments of Safira's Center for World Dance, the Museum of World Treasures Singers with a 'Taste of Casablanca', live magic of the orient, traditional fare of the region and a cash wine bar.
