This summer, Downtown Wichita is turning up the energy as we celebrate two major milestones: America’s 250th anniversary and the big soccer games coming to Kansas.
Downtown businesses are bringing their storefronts to life with patriotic pride and global spirit.
Building on the success of our holiday contest, this first-ever summer window decorating competition will run from June 28 - July 11, 2026.
The public can cast one vote per day for their favorite display by scanning the QR code at participating businesses or by here (not live yet). Voting is open June 28, 2026 – July 11, 2026.
