Accredited by the American Alliance of Museums since 1972, the Museum is one of America’s finest museums and a tremendous community asset.

The Museum has occupied the Original City Hall building since the late 1970’s when Heritage Square was created as a companion feature by the Junior League of Wichita. Heritage Square is accessed through the Museum.
