In a tiny Kansas town where the Little Miss Moonshine pageant is taken very seriously, longtime rivals Etta Lou Hatfield and Lula May McCoy are locked in a fierce battle for a historic tenth crown. Their obsession pulls in family members, sparks outrageous schemes, and turns rehearsals into full-blown showdowns.
