Longer Table - Community Meal @ Grit

"When you have more than you need, you build a longer table, not a higher fence."

This is a FREE meal for anyone in need of community and connection. Sit down and share a meal with us, or take a box to go.

GRIT has served as an ideal place to host so many different things & has led us to meet people from all walks of life. Individuals, families, and businesses have booked our space weeks and months in advance to use for celebrations, a haven for grief, to capture milestones, & much more. We truly love this place & what it’s cultivating, and we’ve heard time and time again, you do to.

In 2024 we hosted our first Longer Table event and shared meals & fellowship with dozens of people over Thanksgiving. The homeless, the hopeless, the hurting. It was incredible to witness so many people come together to just share time and resources. We want to open our doors again, this year on Good Friday, to share what this space has been for us over the last two years. If you need poured into, or have the capacity to pour into others, our hope is that you join us.

Again, we know we can’t do it alone.

At this time, we’re looking for volunteers to help make this happen. Our goal is to create one loonnnnggg table inside Grit to serve 100 meals.
