One of the most festive nights of the year; let’s put together a menu that allows you to pop open champagne and enjoy with your friends and family! In addition to some delicious appetizers – we will show you how to create a beautiful cheese, meat and veggie platter as well as how to arrange your buffet table to make it show-stopping. On the menu: Sun-Dried Tomato Cheesecake Squares, Smoked Salmon on Crostini with Caper Dill Relish, Avocado Pate with Parsley & Pistachios and Marmalade Glazed Chicken Wings.
Class cost $45 per person include demonstrations, recipes and tastings. Cancellations must be 36-hours prior to class for a refund or to be moved to another class. Just like any event ticket (even movie ticket) - we cannot refund, reschedule or find you a replacement (though you are welcome to find someone in your stead) after those 36-hours.
