As cooler weather comes in – soup is a favorite for lunch and supper and leftovers are always welcome! In this class, we will learn the basic steps for soup making, different types of soups and how to prepare them in different ways – Instant Pot, Slow Cooker, and on the stove. On the menu: Beef & Barley soup, New England Clam Chowder, Cream of Three Mushroom Soup, Lentil Soup with Spinach & Carrots and Puff Pastry Cheese Straws, Cornbread and Homemade Croutons.
Our classes are taught by Chef Natasha Gandhi-Rue who is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in New York City and has spent the last 14 years creating culinary curriculum for Williams-Sonoma stores worldwide. Teaching cooking and learning about food is Chef Natasha’s passion. You will leave with great culinary information, detailed recipes and a full belly.
Cancellations must be 36-hours prior to class for a refund or to be moved to another class. Just like any event ticket (even movie ticket) - we cannot refund, reschedule or find you a replacement (though you are welcome to find someone in your stead) after those 36-hours.
