Tai Chi in the Gardens

Join us at Botanica for a unique introductory Tai Chi class designed for all levels. Offered by Tai Chi instructor, David Larsen, the class promotes strength, coordination, posture, concentration, and general level of energy. Participants will learn basic forms, slow and even movements along with proper breathing techniques. Classes will take place in the gardens on sunny days and indoors if it's raining. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and flat shoes for balancing on one foot.
Pre-registration is required online.
