Join instructor David Larsen from the Greater Wichita YMCA for a Tuesday evening of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. NOTE: This class begins after the museum has closed and will be held on the east side of the building in the Art Garden, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, class will not be held.
