Watermark Hosts David Von Drehle

Watermark is overjoyed to have award-winning author David Von Drehle visiting Watermark Books & Cafe. David Von Drehle is an author and journalist who wrote the award-winning books Triangle: The Fire That Changed America and Rise to Greatness: Abraham Lincoln and America's Most Perilous Year. David will be here to discuss his latest book: The Book of Charlie: Wisdom from the Remarkable American Life of a 109-Year-Old Man. It follows David's real-life experience talking to his 109-year-old neighbor Charlie White, the plenty of live stories, that helped forged a strong friendship between the two of them. David through telling Charlie's story helps demonstrate to others the way to navigate life even through some of the most tumultuous times. David will be at Watermark Books & Cafe on Thursday, September 7th at 6 pm. We will also be streaming the event on Facebook Live. David will be here to talk about the book, do a Q&A with the audience, and do a book signing. We would love to see you there!
