The Wichita Symphony Orchestra (WSO) returns with a spectacular 2025–26 season featuring marquee Masterworks programs, Pops favorites, community celebrations and youth performances – perfect for first timers and devoted fans alike. Single tickets are available for most performances, with season ticket packages also on sale.

Below is the current schedule for the Wichita Symphony’s 2025–26 season. Unless otherwise noted, performances take place at Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center.

Oct. 26, 2025 – Michelle Cann Solo Piano Recital
Pianist Michelle Cann brings the legacy of Chicago’s Black Renaissance to life in an intimate recital.

Oct. 28, 2025 – Mozart’s Coronation (WSO Chorus in Concert)
Surround yourself with choral splendor as the Wichita Symphony Chorus takes center stage.

Community Concert

Dec. 9, 2025 – Spirit of the Season (Free Family Holiday Concert)
A one-hour holiday tradition with carols and festive favorites. Admission is free; tickets are still required due to seating capacity. Canned food donations for Kansas Food Bank and optional contributions to WSO education programs are welcomed.

Youth Orchestras & Ensembles

Starting this fall and happening again in the spring, celebrate the accomplishments of Wichita’s “Sound of the Future.” The Youth Symphony, Youth Concert Band and Youth Wind Ensemble perform on Saturday evening, and the Introductory String Ensemble, Youth Chamber Players and Repertory Orchestra perform on Sunday.
