The Troll
Find Wichita's legendary troll while on a stroll along the Arkansas River (hint: east side) to snag a photo of this hidden gem nestled underneath the sidewalk. Created by local artist Connie Arnatt, the beloved Troll sculpture lies beneath a storm grate near the old Westar Power building just south of the Keeper of the Plains. To find it, park at the Keeper of the Plains and walk south along the sidewalk on the east riverbank. Pro tip: You can get two different views of this iconic sculpture — one from the top of the grate near the building and one from the sidewalk below near the river.
