Concerts & Live Music

With Wichita's vibrant nightlife, those looking for concerts and live music won’t have to search far. Wichita offers several live music venues that host local favorites and regional acts, as well as big-name artists and up-and-coming hit-makers.

Wichita's Winter Concerts 2026

WAVE handles the bulk of interesting bookings this season. Emo Nite LA hits January 31 for anyone who still knows all the words to early 2000s hits. George Birge and Jake Banfield follow on February 6, then Elise Trouw and Rudy Love on February 11. Reverend Horton Heat closes out the month on February 19. The venue draws anywhere from 500 to 3,500 people, depending on who's playing, and the indoor-outdoor setup means you can step outside between sets without losing your spot.

The Cotillion hosts Priscilla Block on February 12. The converted ballroom has been hosting concerts in Wichita since the 1960s, though they've updated the sound system enough times that you won't feel like you're watching through a time warp.

INTRUST Bank Arena downtown runs Winter Jam on January 30, a multi-artist Christian music event that fills arena seats annually. The Wichita Symphony performs at Century II with Voyage to Vienna on January 24 and Rhapsody in Red, White & Blue on February 22.

For a Wichita concert tonight, check individual venue calendars as bookings shift weekly. Old Town bars and smaller clubs program local acts most nights without advance advertising. Crown Uptown Theatre and Park City Arena regularly add shows to the rotation.
