Your search for your next indoor sporting facility stops in Wichita! From basketball and volleyball to ice sports and soccer, Wichita has any facility to fit your needs. The largest city in Kansas has premier venues for any event.

With 200,000 contiguous square feet of space to host your sporting event at the city’s centrally located convention center, Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center, this facility is connected to more than 300 hotel room and can easily meet the needs of all your participants and families. 

Additional multi-purpose facilities include: Wichita Hoops with 12 basketball courts and 14 volleyball courts, YMCA Farha Sport Center – South and YMCA Farha Sports Center – Andover each with eight basketball courts and 16 volleyball courts, and Wichita Sports Forum with six basketball courts, 10 volleyball courts and seven sand volleyball courts.

Looking for a bigger indoor venue? Try Wichita’s INTRUST Bank Arena in downtown Wichita, proud host of the 2018/21 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament 1st/2nd Rounds and 2022 NCAA Women’s Basketball Regional Final. Home to Wichita Thunder Hockey and Wichita Force Indoor Football, the arena offers a variety of events for professional and collegiate sports, as well as concerts, religious assemblies, family shows, corporate functions and trade shows. Total capacity is about 15,000 seats.

The 6,500-seat Hartman Arena (seats 5,000 for sporting events) is a subterranean, multi-purpose facility with four team-size rooms and shower facilities, wide concourses and plenty of amenities to keep your participants happy.

Charles Koch Arena, home to Wichita State University basketball offers 15,000-square feet of practice space for basketball and volleyball with three full-sized basketball courts with shot clocks and scoreboards available. Charles Koch Arena has been named the 7th best home court advantage in all of college basketball by ESPN’s Jason King. It can seat more than 10,000 fans.

Take to the ice at Wichita Ice Center’s Olympic rink with a 1,000-person seating capacity. With two sheets of ice (Olympic and NHL), nine locker rooms with showers and easy access points to ice and in between sheets of ice, this facility is perfect for practice and is located less than a mile from INTRUST Bank Arena and a third sheet of ice.

Hosting a unique bowling event? Try Northrock Lanes, home of the 100th USBC Women’s Championships in 2019 and host of ABC, WIBC, USBC and PBA Tour events. The 48-lane facility with automatic scoring allows for the perfect spot for large bowling tournaments. The Alley Indoor Entertainment touts 32 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, indoor electric go-karts, a family-friendly arcade and billiard tables.
