Frontiers in Flight Open House & Air Show
The public is invited to step through the gates of McConnell Air Force Base for one weekend only in August to experience the Frontiers in Flight Air Show and Open House. Admission is completely free to the public.
Learn how aviators of McConnell Air Force Base, home of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing, contribute to the United States Air Force and the Air Capital of the World.
Spectators will enjoy a range of civilian and military static aircraft, including the KC-135 Stratotanker and the KC-46 Pegasus. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels Demonstration Squadron, returning to the show for the first time since 2007, will headline the event in a not-to-be-missed show.
Numerous types of military ground transport vehicles will also be on display and dozens of vendors and agents from various organizations and institutions will be in attendance.
2024 Event
The 2024 Frontiers in Flight Open House & Air Show, which will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, is scheduled for Aug. 24-25.
