These selections are labeled GF and come in the shop’s most popular flavors, from caramel sea salt to cherry citrus to chocolate glaze and more.

This family owned and operated European-style bakery is also a café, serving breakfast and lunch. For their gluten-free diners, they offer a flourless chocolate cake that can be ordered in advance.

Green Acres Market – Bradley Fair

Green Acres Market at Bradley Fair has a deli and bakery that serves a variety of meals and desserts daily, many tailored for dietary restrictions including gluten free. The baked goods use house-made recipes and are baked and packaged locally in a certified gluten-free facility. Options change frequently and include cookies, macaroons, cakes, bars, brownies and more. Among their signature GF items are a garden cake, Elvis cake and PB&C cake. NiceBites Bakery

NiceBites Bakery is Wichita’s first 100 percent vegan bakery, and everything on the menu can be ordered gluten free. Baked goods and treats on the menu include: cookies, scones, cakes and cupcakes, pop tarts, bread loaves and dinner rolls, muffins, granola and granola bars, donuts and cinnamon rolls. Great Harvest Bread Co.

Great Harvest’s bread and goodies are made from scratch daily. They offer a menu that changes monthly and includes several gluten-free treats. The December menu, for example, includes GF almond cookies and GF blueberry muffins.

The menu at dessert-specialty restaurant Milkfloat changes every two months, and there’s always at least one gluten-free dessert.
