Attention, softball fans! The 2024 Athletes Unlimited (AU) Pro Softball AUX Season is bringing the excitement of competition, fireworks, giveaways and more to Wichita this June. AU Pro Softball AUX is an intense competition featuring 18 games across two weeks in which the world’s best athletes compete to be crowned champion.

Not only will you witness the passion that makes women’s professional softball so incredible, but AU is also delivering a lineup of entertainment and promotions throughout the 16-day competition, set for June 10-25 at Wichita State University’s Wilkins Stadium.

Special activities and entertainment schedule

In addition to a variety of special activities throughout the summer competition, attendees can watch star athletes like Sydney McKinney, former Wichita State great and three-time All-American, and Jocelyn Alo, the all-time NCAA Division I home run leader, hit it out of the park.

Here’s AU’s promotional schedule for the 2024 AUX season:

June 10: Opening Night + Fireworks

Arrive early at Wilkins Stadium as we welcome AU Pro Softball to Wichita. The opening ceremony will take place prior to the first pitch of Game 1. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive an Opening Night rally towel. Be sure to stick around until the end of Game 2 for the postgame fireworks show!

June 11: Pride Night

In the Heart of the Country, all are welcome and celebrated. Join AU as they recognize National Pride Month with Pride Night activities. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive an AU “Love is Unlimited” pride-themed enamel pin.

June 13: Mizuno Night

Kick off the Kansas United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) State Championships, which will take place later this month in Kansas City, with a night of watching the pros! The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a Mizuno belt bag. Additionally, hang out after Game 2 for a postgame autograph session.

June 16: Father’s Day

Take dad out to the ballgame for AU’s Father’s Day celebration. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a Koch Industries seat cushion. Plus, you can play catch on the field! Make sure to bring your glove and head out to the field with dad for a game of catch (space is limited). Players will be signing autographs after Game 2 as well.

June 17: Country Night + Wichita Wind Surge 

Grab your cowboy hat and favorite boots for Country Night. In addition to a postgame autograph session, country music will fill the air throughout this lively night of competition. Plus, we’ll welcome our friends from the Wichita Wind Surge!

June 19: Juneteenth

Attend the competition this day and join AU for a Juneteenth celebration filled with memorable fan interactions. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a stylish Juneteenth tote bag.

June 22: Marucci Day

Cheer on your favorite athletes with support from Marucci. There will be giveaways and contests all day long. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a pair of boom sticks.

June 23: Youth Day presented by SCHEELS

Calling all kiddos! Presented by SCHEELS, this exciting day is designed for kids to enjoy a fun-filled day of softball with friends and family, including a postgame autograph session after Game 2.

June 25: Champions Night + Fan Appreciation presented by Koch Industries

On closing night, AU will celebrate fans and crown the AUX Softball champion. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a replica champion’s medal, presented by Koch Industries. Stay seated at the end of the game and enjoy the on-field closing ceremony.
