BrightWater Bay is the ideal retreat for weddings, reunions and corporate events. Just a few minutes from Downtown Wichita, the lakeside venue offers meeting space for up to 120 people. It’s perfectly situated on the pristine private lake and has floor-to-ceiling windows for dramatic views.

The 44-acre property offers sandy beaches lined with lush trees in the spring and summer. Guests can enjoy the serene, sweeping vistas on both levels of the two-story meeting venue. The venue has new and modern audiovisual equipment for presentations, plus a kitchen.

A stone’s throw from the meeting venue is a beach house, which can accommodate 10 people; a loft that sleeps seven people and a newly built 450-square-foot tiny house that sleeps five people. Any of those can be booked on Airbnb and all have patios and fire pits.

During downtime or playtime, there are a ton of outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy a pickleball court, shuffleboard, picnic tables, cornhole games, kayaks, beach volleyball, basketball and fishing. There is also room for RV parking (no hookups).

The entire resort-like property can be rented by groups for one or more days. Buyouts get to enjoy the complete property, including the accommodations. Catering can be brought on site. Hourly weekday rates are also available.
