Third Place Brewing
Third Place Brewing is YOUR place to gather with friends in a comfortable environment while enjoying delicious, hand-crafted beer made one small batch at a time. "Third Place" comes from the idea that the first place is home, the second is work, and the third place is where people go to hang out and enjoy others’ company. Third Place Brewing's taproom is cozy and inviting with friendly waiters who want you to feel at home. Patrons can usually find a brewer around to gladly answer questions about the beers or the brew process. With eight beers regularly offered on tap covering a variety of mostly tradition styles (like IPAs, APAs, stouts, wheats, pilsners and porters), there’s a flavor for everyone. The taproom features a number of reclaimed items hauled up from the vast basement of this historic building dating from the 1880's. The bar is made from a piece of walnut that was originally stored in the basement and pieced together and finished by the owners. The taps are arranged on a discarded fireplace mantle and many of the table tops are old wooden doors. The outdoor patio is nestled alongside the Santa Fe train tracks and offers an up-close experience of passing trains. There's live music most weekends, always free, along with regular food vendors. Guests can also bring their own food in from one of the many area restaurants. Children are welcome when accompanied by parents/guardians. The taproom is available as a venue on the days we are closed to the public. (Mon./Tues.). Come on down and check out YOUR new Third Place!
