The American Cornhole League (ACL) and Visit Wichita will host the 2021 ACL Cornhole Mania at Charles Koch Arena and the Heskett Center at Wichita State University March 19-21, 2021. The three-day event will be the second of four ACL National events for the season, featuring the premier ACL Pro players from all over the country.

The portion of the tournament taking place at Charles Koch Arena will be free and open to the public, with attendance limited to 2,000 spectators. Social distancing, mask wearing and other safety protocol will be in place.

“In 2021, we are excited to host a variety of sporting events – some that were re-scheduled from 2020 and some new ones, like the 2021 ACL Cornhole Mania,” said Josh Howell, sports sales manager at Visit Wichita. “We look forward to safely welcoming the talented players of the ACL to Wichita this spring and are proud to bring another unique sporting event to the city.”

The talent level for the event will be exceptional, with multiple ACL World Champions making the trip to Wichita, including current ACL Singles World Champion Jamie Graham and Doubles World Champions Trey Burchfield and Derrick King.

“National events are always high-intensity,” said ACL Commissioner Stacey Moore. “We could not be more thrilled to host our first National event in the state of Kansas, located in the heart of our Midwest Conference. Events in this region always raise the bar in terms of competition and crowd excitement.”

Doubles action will kick off the event on Friday afternoon, March 19. Throughout the weekend, 128 of the best teams in the world will attempt to qualify for the four-team playoff on the ESPN telecast, which will close out the event. Saturday play will feature all 256 ACL Pros competing in the Singles tournament for a chance to get a significant National win under their belt. The action will be streaming live from Charles Koch Arena on the ACL’s Digital Network platform all weekend long, culminating in a live ESPN telecast of the finale.
