If you’re looking for a large venue with countless ways to entertain guests, the Kansas Aviation Museum is your place. Wedding attendees will be granted access to the entire museum, including the Boeing Technology Center. All linens, tables and chairs are provided, and open catering allows for endless, tailored meal options. The atrium holds up to 290 guests, while the entire facility can host a group of 480.

BrightWater Bay

Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Wichita and Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, BrightWater Bay provides a lakeside destination wedding vibe within city limits. The bride and groom can choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony and enjoy open catering options. Up to six guests can be accommodated in the Beach House, and the Loft sleeps up to 10. Wedding attendees will find no shortage of entertainment with full access to the swimming area, fishing, sand volleyball, basketball, horseshow pits and more.

If you’re looking for a location with built-in décor and stunning natural backdrops, Botanica Wichita is your destination. The botanical venue offers 20 acres of gardens, five outdoor options for groups ranging from 15-300, or four indoor spaces for groups of 40-300. While Botanica provides a list of preferred catering vendors, open catering is an option for the couple’s big day.
