Located on the city’s east side near the popular Waterfront Shopping and Dining District, The Winslet offers a luxurious atmosphere for up to 200 guests, a prep kitchen for caterers and in-house bartenders, as well as a manager to assist in the planning of every detail for the bride and groom’s big day.

The Kansas Aviation Museum

If you’re looking for a large venue with countless ways to entertain guests, the Kansas Aviation Museum is your place. Wedding attendees will be granted access to the entire museum, including the Boeing Technology Center. All linens, tables and chairs are provided, and open catering allows for endless, tailored meal options. The atrium holds up to 290 guests, while the entire facility can host a group of 480.

BrightWater Bay

Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Wichita and Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, BrightWater Bay provides a lakeside destination wedding vibe within city limits. The bride and groom can choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony and enjoy open catering options. Up to six guests can be accommodated in the Beach House, and the Loft sleeps up to 10. Wedding attendees will find no shortage of entertainment with full access to the swimming area, fishing, sand volleyball, basketball, horseshow pits and more.

If you’re looking for a location with built-in décor and stunning natural backdrops, Botanica Wichita is your destination. The botanical venue offers 20 acres of gardens, five outdoor options for groups ranging from 15-300, or four indoor spaces for groups of 40-300. While Botanica provides a list of preferred catering vendors, open catering is an option for the couple’s big day. An event coordinator will help with the planning process to ensure everything needed for a whimsical, classy wedding is made available.

Tanganyika Wildlife Park

Couples ready to wed on the wild side will find Tanganyika Wildlife Park to be the perfect wedding locale. The park offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings of all sizes. The bride and groom can choose to stay on property with or without some of their guests at The Hawkins Estate. The 10,000 square-foot property features five-bedrooms that sleep up to 12, 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool. The couple can opt to make their day even more memorable by having an Animal Ambassador bring a special friend for an animal encounter during the wedding.

The Petroleum Club

Brides and grooms with an appreciation for a beautiful view of the Wichita skyline will fall in love with The Petroleum Club. Located on the top floor of the Ruffin Building in downtown Wichita, wedding guests will have the best view for the “I do.” The venue can accommodate up to 225 guests and features a beautiful dance floor and elegant décor. The couple and wedding party can celebrate with ease with wait staff and bartenders in attendance.

Fulton Valley Farms offers brides and grooms a tranquil and charming venue. With their rustic yet classic indoor and outdoor options, there will be plenty of room for up to 500 guests. The venue offers an onsite house that sleeps 15, a full catering kitchen with an open catering option, multiple outdoor options, your own event coordinator and much more. The wedding pictures next to the spring-fed creek will be treasured for a lifetime. 

The Hudson

With indoor and outdoor spaces, The Hudson is a location offering multiple wedding ceremony and reception options. The venue provides specialty linens and a full bar in the Atrium. In Gatsby Hall, up to 350 of your closest friends and family will enjoy the ambience and 1950’s style of this gorgeous set up. If you’re planning a more intimate wedding, Studio 504 can accommodate 50-60 guests. The setting features beautiful, exposed brick and soft natural lighting ideal for wedding day photos. The Urban Garden has room for up to 250 guests with banquet style seating.
