For the first time ever, Wichita will welcome the Travel Bloggers Exchange (TBEX) Summit, the world’s largest gathering of travel bloggers, influencers, journalists, content creators and tourism industry professionals. From October 1–4, 2025, attendees from across the globe will converge in the Heart of the Country for four days of immersive experiences, networking and professional development.

The TBEX North America 2025 conference will kick off with an opening night reception at Exploration Place and will be held at the Hyatt Regency Wichita, with events centered in the Grand Eagle Ballroom. The summit includes two days of curated local tours, two days of conference sessions and workshops and free time for attendees to explore the city on their own.

To introduce creators to Wichita’s diverse culture and attractions, TBEX attendees will choose from 16 different themed tours. These include:

  • Wildlife Encounters: Get up close with animals at Tanganyika Wildlife Park or the Sedgwick County Zoo
  • Craft Beer Culture: Explore Wichita’s brewery scene on the Heartland Hops & Pours tour
  • Cultural Heritage: Learn through storytelling and cuisine with tours such as Wichita’s Native American Heritage, Cuisine & Stories and Black Wichita: Icons, Changemakers & Modern-Day Trailblazers

These tours are designed to showcase the authentic spirit and hidden gems of Wichita.

A wild finale

The summit will conclude in spectacular fashion with a closing reception at the Sedgwick County Zoo, where attendees will enjoy an exclusive after-hours experience featuring elephants, enchantments and a celebratory grand finale.
