As the holidays arrive in Wichita, some of the city’s beloved bars and restaurants are transforming into enchanting, festive pop-up bars ready to greet guests of all ages. From dazzling décor to creative cocktails, these spots capture the spirit of the season.

Holiday Hideaway 

Adults 21 and over can kick back in Chicken N Pickle’s Holiday Hideaway which features a cozy, lodge-like atmosphere. Plus, enjoy the outdoor pits while surrounded by good friends and holiday cheer. Reservations are required, so make them quickly so you don’t miss out!

Sparky's at The Belmont

Sparky’s Holiday Pop-Up at The Belmont is Wichita’s annual permission slip to go full festive, with over-the-top décor, an all-holiday cocktail list with equally fun mocktails and plenty of nods to "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation." The menu leans pleasantly cheeky and glows with just enough nostalgia to make the whole room grin. Whether you’re team tinsel or simply holiday-curious, Sparky’s turns a night out into a seasonal tradition.

The Jingle 

Back for another year, The Jingle at Public surrounds visitors of all ages by the glow of lights and holiday décor while enjoying a farm-to-table meal inside or outside on the covered patio where they can keep warm by the large fireplace.

Mistletoe Lounge Holiday Pop-Up at Wichita Marriott

The Wichita Marriott has transformed its Room 9100 cocktail lounge into Mistletoe Lounge, a festive holiday pop-up filled with classic Christmas charm, thousands of twinkling lights, seasonal cocktails, chef-curated bites and merry martinis. Open throughout December, this 21+ holiday hideaway is tucked behind the fireplace in the main dining room and offers a spirited stop for festive nights out while seating lasts.

Dec. 2-31 | Tuesday–Saturday from 5-10 p.m.

Tinsel Town 

At Nortons Brewing Company, step into a sparkling wonderland at Tinsel Town, a downtown Wichita seasonal pop-up filled with festive décor, twinkling lights and a joyful atmosphere.

Miracle on Mosley Street

Savor a holiday-inspired menu, sip seasonal brews or Christmas-themed cocktails while taking in a plethora of holiday lights and décor at the family-friendly Miracle on Mosley Street holiday pop-up at River City Brewing Co. Reservations are encouraged as space is limited. Guests are asked to stick to a 90-minute reservation so everyone can enjoy the experience. Those wishing to just enjoy drinks are welcome to head upstairs to the open seating in The Tipsy Penguin.

Whoville Christmas Pop Up Bar 

The Hideout at Ziggy’s - Clifton Square is back with a merry-and-mischievous holiday pop-up that goes full Grinch and feels straight out of Whoville. Come sip something delightfully mean-green (mocktails, too) and pair it with the full Ziggy's menu. Yes, your favorite pizzas and comfort bites are all in play. No reservations; it's first come, first served. So, round up your crew, grab a spot in the cozy bungalow and settle in for a festive night that’s more fun than a sack of stolen presents.

Yuletide Lounge

Mort's Martini and Cigar bar is transforming into the cozy, classy and warm Yuletide Lounge for the holiday season. Guests can sip on a festive martini and listen to live music every evening and many afternoons.
