TASTE THE AMERICANA

This is your sign to eat the brisket.

We're talking about slow-smoked, sauce-covered, hands-on Americana done the Wichita way. Burnt ends, brisket, ribs, loaded potatoes and homemade sides that somehow become part of the conversation long after the meal is over. But BBQ is only part of the story. Wichita also serves up classic diner breakfasts, crumbly NuWay burgers, old-school banana splits and comfort food that feels straight out of an American road trip.
