Spring fills the gardens with color. Summer brings festivals and patio season. Fall is made for leisurely walks and scenic drives. Winter offers cozy restaurants, museums and holiday lights.

Is Wichita easy to get around?
Very.
Most attractions are less than 20 minutes apart, parking is refreshingly easy and traffic is the kind you'll tell people back home about because they won't believe you. The free Q-Line offers ride along a three-mile stretch of Douglas Ave. and in the summer provides rides on an additional route to the Museums on the River.
What are the best locally owned restaurants?

Wichita's local food scene serves everything from legendary steakhouses and cozy Italian restaurants to chef-driven dining, craft breweries and wine bars worth lingering over.
