As you prepare to take part in exciting basketball tournament festivities, know where to park and how to get around downtown Wichita before you arrive.
Free Transportation Options
The Q-Line
Wichita's free shuttle service, the Q-Line, will run approximately every 15 minutes during the basketball tournament. The route runs along Douglas Ave from Walnut St. to N. Edgemoor St.
The special routes will run from Wednesday, March 19 to Saturday, March 22. from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
How to ride
Once on board, you can stop the Q-Line at any time by pulling the cord located near the windows on both sides of the vehicle. Make sure to pull it about a block before your desired stop.
Free Park & Ride Shuttle
A free Park & Ride shuttle will pick up at Wichita's East High School located at 2301 E. Douglas Ave. It will run two hours before tip-off and one hour after the final game on Thursday, March 20 and Saturday, March 22.
The shuttle will run on Open Practice Day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19 from East High School to Naftzger Park adjacent to the arena.
The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the north side of Naftzger Park until 9:30 p.m. After 9:30 p.m., pick-ups will take place at the Wichita Transit Center located at 201 S. Topeka.
Bike & Scooter Options
With more than 200 bicycles at 40 stations around Wichita, Bike Share ICT is a venture funded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and the Knight Foundation (through the Wichita Community Foundation), to promote health and easy access to the heart of the city. By using Tandem Mobility, a city bike provider, riders are able to find bicycle stations and cruisers at the touch of a finger, through the Movatic app. Learn more about Bike Share ICT.

Road Closures
Emporia Ave. and Waterman St., adjacent to INTRUST Bank Arena, will be shut down to vehicles from March 18 to March 24.
